The place
Al Girarrosto has been cooking here for a good fifty years, and everything we bring to your table comes from that kitchen. The Bistrò is its quicker form: a small, welcoming room, the same cooking, at the pace of someone with half an hour.
People stop by for a quick lunch between two errands, for an aperitivo, or settle in unhurried when the day allows. A handful of tables, properly laid, right beside Porta Romana, at the entrance to the old centre of Loreto.
On the menu, the cooking of always — baked and filled pasta — and alongside it the pinsa del Conero, piadina flatbreads, sharing boards and cold dishes, for anyone who wants to stop briefly and still eat well.

Everything on the menu can be taken home. Give us a ring, tell us what you would like and for what time, then drop by Via Porta Romana 1 to collect: pinsa, piadina, baked pasta and sharing boards come out ready on time.
